Founder & CEO Gexx aeroSol GmbH

… founded a company in southern Brandenburg as a full-service provider for solar-centered energy systems and built it into a major player. With around 5,000 projects completed and 150 employees, it stands for innovation and impact with solutions ranging from PV to battery storage and heat pumps to building automation.

Linda Glasenapp

Head of Construction & Grid (LEAG)

… has already contributed to the installation of over three gigawatts of renewable energy through projects in Germany, other European countries, and the US. Now, as Head of Construction & Grid at LEAG Renewables, she plays a central role in setting up the energy company’s GigawattFactory, with a project pipeline of seven gigawatts.
